Responsibilities
Flawless service is the centerpiece of hospitality, and hospitality is taken seriously. Servers assist guests with food and beverage choices, attend to guest needs, and ensure every dining experience is exceptional. Your personality and knowledge of the menu are essential to delivering outstanding service. During a typical shift, you will:
- Communicate effectively with guests and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of current menu options, specialties, deviations, and kitchen shortages.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Monitor the dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling guest needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
What We’re Looking For
Education: High School diploma (or equivalent). Experience: previous serving experience, preferably in upscale dining. Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure. Strong teamwork and customer service mindset. Food Handler’s and Liquor Permits are required.
Work Environment & Schedule
Expect to be on your feet for extended periods. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, and climbing stairs. Varies with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. We offer competitive pay, hotel discounts, and opportunities to be part of a growing hotel company.
