The Vice President, Search Marketing - SEO and SEM will play a central role in the strategy, execution and optimization of SEO and SEM across all our business verticals (Residential, Small Business, Mid Market and Up Market) and will identify the best partners to complement the brand. The position is also responsible for analyzing and devising a strategy for AI in Search.

As a Vice President, Search Marketing - SEO and SEM, you will collaborate with website architecture teams, digital creative teams, competitive intelligence, analytics and research teams to understand prospect, customer and mover behavior, triggers and metrics. You will plan and execute SEO and SEM campaigns that are effective, on time, and on budget. You’ll work on a high‑performing, collaborative team with opportunities to grow.

  • Collaborating across teams to build a content engine aligned with our brand, products and service commitments, producing blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, and more to fuel subscriber growth.
  • Developing marketing plans and facilitating metrics and reporting to analyze performance and drive marketing efficiencies through cross‑functional collaboration.

What you’ll bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Direct, mass and/or digital marketing experience 10+ years. Leadership of Marketing teams 10+ years. Marketing Analytics 8+ years. Project Management 8+ years. Mover Marketing 5+ years.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • Technical skills: Proven track record of developing and executing integrated strategic plans, managing and executing marketing projects. Executive‑level experience in mass, digital and direct marketing planning. Strong knowledge of cable products and features, cable mover marketing and programs. Business‑savvy understanding of the marketplace, competitors, technology and sustained operating results.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills. Strong project management. Superior analytical and technical expertise. Attention to detail. Strategic thinking. Strong teamwork and customer focus.
  • Abilities: Able to read, write, speak and understand English. Able to work independently and develop recommendations autonomously. Able to manage all phases of multiple projects with autonomy. Demonstrate judgment and initiative in a fast‑paced environment. Able to mine, analyze and interpret data to inform recommendations. Able to collaborate with people at all levels and across disciplines. Able to present to executive management. Able to make decisions and resolve problems under pressure.   • Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products including mobile, with experience in marketing planning, execution and campaign analytics.
