Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire an SEO Analyst for a major entertainment company in a hybrid role based in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, 4-6 month W2 contract opportunity.
In this role, you’ll join the Customer Engagement team to lead SEO projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for driving performance across digital platforms, optimizing for both traditional and emerging search channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute SEO best practices.
SEO Analyst Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SEO initiatives, from planning through execution.
Identify and resolve SEO issues including site speed, metadata, indexing, and crawlability.
Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports on rankings, traffic, and site health.
Conduct keyword research and provide strategic content recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Creative teams to implement SEO best practices.
Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, and JIRA to drive performance.
Optimize for emerging platforms, including AI-powered search engines and chatbot experiences.
Stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates, applying them to enhance our client’s digital content strategy.
SEO Analyst Qualifications:
2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital or content-driven environment.
Strong knowledge of both technical SEO and on-page/content SEO principles.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
Proficient in SEO platforms such as Semrush and Google Search Console.
Experience using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
Confident presenting SEO strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
