Division5 is hiring: UX/UI Designer in Unity Township

Overview

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in the automotive domain.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UX research and design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves designing and developing innovative HMI solutions for digital displays while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create interactive models to represent HMI logic and develop UI content for new and existing digital displays
• Collaborate with graphic designers, feature owners, component specialists, and suppliers to ensure design consistency and accurate implementation
• Analyze requirements and functional specifications, investigate, and resolve software and interface-related issues
• Participate in workshops and design meetings with customers, creating technical reports and presentations to share project progress, results, and challenges

Mandatory Skills

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX Research and UX Design
• Proven experience in the automotive domain
• Strong skills with HMI low-fidelity prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie, other prototyping tools)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of German and/or Italian
• Experience managing the full HMI development cycle (concept creation, specifications, stakeholder reviews, validation)
• Proficiency with graphic tools (Adobe Suite, Unity, Blender, etc.)
• Experience in automation development for problem-solving
• Familiarity with the Atlassian Framework (Jira, Confluence)
