Responsibilities

• Design and develop websites supporting a DoD program.
• Translate mockups to WordPress or HTML/JS/CSS templates and specifications.
• Develop and implement interfaces, designs and UX patterns.
• Create workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new features.
• Conduct regular research and apply insights to inform product enhancements.
• Collaborate with a team of content curators to optimize user experience.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; experience may be substituted for degree.
• Experience: 1-3 years of related experience; familiarity with digital publishing platforms and CMS (e.g., WordPress); experience with multilingual websites/platforms; working knowledge of JavaScript; proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS; design tools proficiency.
• Security clearance: Active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility required (minimum); candidates may be submitted for TS/SCI.
• Skills and abilities: Ability to work nonstandard hours and on-call status as needed; demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements; able to thrive in a multi-cultural environment.

Salary and Benefits

The likely salary range for this position is $80,750 – $109,250. Salary will be set based on experience, location and contractual requirements and could fall outside this range.
