Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join Fournier Insurance Solutions, a Farm Bureau Insurance agency. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional insurance solutions across home, auto, life, and commercial lines. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Prospect through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound calls
• Conduct outside sales activities including networking, telemarketing, and attending community/industry events
• Assess client needs and present tailored insurance packages (home, auto, life, and business insurance)
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, applications, and client interactions in agency systems
• Collaborate with the agency team on marketing efforts and promotional outreach
• Stay current on Farm Bureau product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly production and growth goals
• Ensure compliance with Farm Bureau policies and state insurance regulations

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license (required)
• Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with ability to build long-term client relationships
• Organized, self-starter who can manage time independently
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse client base
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Licenses & Certification

• Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
• Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred)
