Responsibilities

• Entry-Level Position: Assist with client inquiries and administrative tasks; learn the fundamentals of personal lines insurance; work towards obtaining necessary insurance licenses with company support
• Personal Lines Account Manager: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support; handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing; build and maintain strong client relationships
• Personal Lines Producer: Focus on new business development and sales; identify and pursue opportunities to grow a personal book of business; provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
• Commercial Producer: Focus on new business development and sales; leverage existing relationships and expertise to grow a commercial book of business; collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications/Requirements

• Entry-Level Position: No prior experience required; willingness to learn and obtain licensing is essential
• Personal Lines Account Manager: Previous experience in personal lines insurance preferred; strong organizational and communication skills
• Personal Lines Producer: Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate new business
• Commercial Producer: Experience in commercial insurance sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
