About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UiPath / RPA Developer with 4–8 years of IT experience (including 2–4 years specifically in UiPath) to join our automation delivery team. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of robotic process automation solutions, working with business stakeholders, and ensuring smooth production deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders / clients to elicit and validate business requirements for automation
• Identify suitable processes for automation: assess feasibility, effort, ROI
• Create process design artifacts: Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), workflows, exception handling strategies
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations (web apps, Windows apps, Citrix / virtual environments, legacy systems)
• Optimize and refactor existing automations for performance, scalability, maintainability
• Work with Orchestrator: scheduling, monitoring, logging, queues, error handling
• Handle end-to-end lifecycle: development → unit testing → UAT support → deployment → post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Enforce best practices, code standards, reusable components, version control (e.g. Git)
• Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• Maintain documentation of automation logic, configuration, and runbooks
• Assist in training / mentoring junior developers and knowledge transfer
