Studio Assistant for Wedding Signage

Magnolia Dreams is an e-commerce business that specializes in custom wedding mirrors and signage. We are currently looking for studio assistants to help fulfill orders and communicate with customers. We are hiring multiple employees that will add different talents and passions to our team as we continue to grow.

Ideal individuals would have a project-focused mindset with a knack for crafts or hands-on creation. Must be able to follow established processes and weekly order fulfillment expectations, especially during peak seasons. Willingness to learn, attentiveness to detail, and customer excellence are required for this role.

General job responsibilities would include: - Making and fulfilling orders based on the specifications of the customer. - Organizing and prioritizing workflow operations to ensure delivery by their wedding date. - Communicating with customers, answering questions and creating proofs/edits according to their specifications. - Working with other team members to optimize order fulfillment.

Other Information: - Studio background not required, but the ideal candidate would have a background in making custom products, would be enjoy making crafts, or actively participates in creative hobbies. - Pay will be dependent on experience, ranging from $15-$25/hour. - Flexible weekly schedule available (post onboarding and training). - Paid weekly on Wednesdays. - Commission opportunities available for consistent performance.
