Job Summary/Description Arizona’s Family is looking for an exceptional leader for our live one-hour lifestyle show, Your Life Arizona. This Executive Producer role will oversee original enterprise content, live studio interviews, paid segments, and sponsored franchises, along with trending and buzzworthy news and pre-produced stories showcasing the very best Arizona has to offer. The ideal candidate must be organized and able to lead a strong team, exhibit strong editorial judgment, and be willing to do what it takes to get the best stories, client content, guests, and ideas to our audience.
This Executive Producer will lead the show's editorial process, regularly create and assign compelling enterprise content, develop story ideas, and generate innovative broadcasts daily that use intentional creative strategy to drive ratings and success for our clients’ paid segments. They will also produce and oversee the show in the booth. They must understand social media and work with the team for daily collaboration for digital and social opportunities to promote and highlight content. The EP will also need to build and source contacts throughout the community and utilize Gray's network of stations to source lifestyle content. The show airs live Monday through Friday (including some holidays), and there is also a taped version airing on Saturdays. The ideal candidate will bring extensive time management and project logistical skills to the team, making sure we stay ahead of deadlines. The candidate will work closely with sales management and account executives on sponsored content, interviews, and client-related projects. The ideal candidate will work with peers across News, Operations, Sales, and Programming departments and should have excellent communication skills and handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
Previous management experience preferred, but experience as a producer in news or lifestyle shows will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Broadcasting, Communications, or equivalent training/experience is preferred.
Resume reel is required.
Experience with producing software such as ENPS or I-News is needed.
Experience with Non-linear editing systems, including Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with video camera, lighting, and audio equipment would be a plus.
The EP candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
