Overview
Digital Marketing Manager The Insurance Digital Marketing Manager will drive the strategy and optimization of paid media across all active paid marketing channels - SEM, Programmatic (Video / Audio / Display), Paid Social Media (META / Tik Tok / etc.), Direct Mail, etc. to attract, engage, and acquire customers. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate programmatic advertising, search engine marketing, paid social media advertising, broadcast TV and Direct Mail to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and sales. Oversee budget development and monitoring. Evaluate and recommend programs to increase the profitability of the online channel. Analyze results of projects and campaigns, making recommendations to optimize and improve performance. Work closely with internal departments — such as product management, sales, research, big data, IT, ebiz, and outside advertising agencies and vendors to execute programs. Recommends marketing programs and provides creative and strategic direction to agencies. Participates in cross-functional project teams to drive projects. Investigate emerging interactive media and provide recommendations for potential projects. Identify opportunities for new, innovative programs and interfaces with executive management and other key managers as needed to champion new ideas. Ensure design and content meet brand and legal standards, adhering to best practices in usability. Perform regular competitive analyses, report relevant findings, and recommend digital marketing innovations to be tested. Support the Head of Acquisition Marketing in planning and strategy development. M ake decisions daily that impact marketing strategies, priorities, and budgets. The employee must make decisions that support the business strategy, reporting into the Group Manager of Acquisition Marketing. Qualifications
Bachelors Marketing Preferred 10+ years Digital Marketing Required 3-5 years Management / Supervisory Preferred Analyze results of projects and make recommendations for next steps. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Perform competitive analysis and develop strategic plans. Manage outside vendors and agencies relationships. Must be a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Time management and prioritization skills are key as this position will have multiple projects and campaigns at one time. Strong knowledge of best practices in display advertising and search engine marketing is required. The starting pay range for this position is : $156,500.00 - $208,100.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
