Salary Range:
$95,000 - $112,000 Responsibilities
Analyze consumption, velocity, market share, and pricing across multiple retail channels. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track brand and SKU-level performance. Support national shopper tactics such as couponing, sampling, and budgeting. Assess the effectiveness of shopper marketing campaigns and overall brand investments. Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Sales, and Brand teams to support retail strategy and planning. Provide insights to guide new SKU development, including whitespace analysis, pack size trends, pricing strategies, and channel-specific opportunities to expand the base business. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CPG, or retail strategy Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into strategic insights Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Physical Requirements

The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment
Work is performed inside a temperature-controlled office building with an open floor plan. The role operates in a professional office environment with a business casual dress code.
