Lead Visa Marketing Services for select accounts of Visa’s Fintech and Digital Partnership clients (including Fintech players in the Small Business or Peer-to-Peer space, as well as AI and Agentic Commerce). Drive the strategy and execution of key marketing initiatives to grow client business, such as lifecycle marketing engagements, best practices, go-to-market recommendations, sponsorship marketing, events, advisory services, social/digital marketing, and more. Lead marketing-related project scoping and requirements, aligning with sales and the client. Apply a data-driven approach to marketing recommendations using Visa data and industry research tools to capture and communicate marketing best practices and customer insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing projects leveraging Visa resources (e.g., Sales, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Product, Marketing, Legal). Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, including timelines, changes, and stakeholder communication with limited supervisory oversight. Oversee budgeting/finance processes as part of program oversight, working with Marketing Delivery. Manage ad hoc requests from key stakeholders, including clients and Visa senior leadership. Track and manage program results. This role is hybrid; in-office days are confirmed by the hiring manager. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications 9+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ years with a PhD. Executive presence and comfort leading discussions with clients. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into marketing strategy. Strong written and in-person communication skills. Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and highly organized. Experience planning and executing events; experience with programs in partnership with Sponsorship Properties. Team player with experience coordinating cross-functional, end-to-end projects with tight deadlines and budgets. Self-motivated and proactive in asking questions and proposing solutions. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willing to travel. Significant experience in marketing within financial services, fintech, or payments in a fast-moving environment; prior business development experience; and experience designing multichannel campaigns across the lifecycle (acquisition, usage, retention, loyalty). The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $153,700.00 to $200,000.00 USD per year, may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
