Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Employee Communications, reporting to the Senior Director, will serve as a pivotal strategic leader within our People & Culture department. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing internal communication strategies that directly enhance transparency, elevate employee engagement, and ensure organizational alignment. Your expertise will be vital in strengthening how thousands of employees perceive a positive workplace culture at Integrity through consistent leadership communications, effective management of organizational transformations, and championing company values and business objectives across all communication platforms. Primary Responsibilities
Drive strategic communication and content plans, aligning with Integrity's values and business goals. Standardize and manage communication across all platforms: digital, email campaigns, and internal events like Town Halls. Orchestrate communication for organizational transformations, simplifying complex information for different types of employee audiences. Drive communications for new system and vendor rollouts, ensuring smooth employee transitions and compliance. Manage and execute crisis communication strategies, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic messages during emergencies. Design and champion employee engagement and culture-building programs, inspiring employees and fostering a positive and exciting workplace. Manage and optimize internal communication technologies (e.g., Workday, HubSpot, Asana, SharePoint) to streamline workflows, deploy communications, and track initiative impact. Collaborate with the wider Employee Communications team for unified messaging and impactful internal communications. Primary Skills & Requirements
5-7 Years of Experience Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in managing internal or employee communications functions. Strong track record of developing and implementing strategic communication plans. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences. Experience advising and collaborating with senior leadership. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. About Integrity
