Color, print, and material aren’t just accents — they are the spark that makes a product unforgettable. What You’ll Do

Concept, develop, and deliver compelling CMF artwork, finishes, and color stories for new products and collaborations. Research and analyze trends across fashion, beauty, home, automotive, and lifestyle to encourage and inspire innovative CMF directions. Translate creative concepts into production-ready files, maintain asset libraries, and manage dielines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Product Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, and Sales—to execute timely, brand-right solutions. Present ideas to internal teams and external partners, supporting go-to-market and sampling needs. Who You Are

Passionate about color, materials, and finishes, with a strong balance of creative vision and technical skills. Experienced in hardgoods or softgoods design with knowledge of printing and finishing processes. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office; PLM or Keyshot experience is a plus. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Typically brings 2–5+ years of relevant CMF, graphic, or color production art experience.
