The Bridal Room
offers brides an intimate and private luxury shopping experience, providing curated gowns and unforgettable service.
Soirée
specializes in evening wear, alterations, and mother-of-the-occasion gowns, offering an elevated experience with the same signature care.

We Want to Meet You Because You…
Have 3–5 years of marketing experience in luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
You think like a strategist while executing like a creative - balance big picture vision with hands-on delivery.
Possess a refined aesthetic and understand the nuances of visual branding in the luxury space.
Are proficient in design and content creation tools (Canva required; Adobe Suite video editing a plus).
Excel at storytelling, copywriting, and social media strategy for aspirational brands.
Have experience managing marketing campaigns and promotions.
Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to execute projects flawlessly.
Are collaborative, confident, and able to work closely with leadership, vendors, and creative partners.
Can stay poised, focused, and adaptable in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
Are passionate about luxury fashion, growth, and elevating customer experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
Branding & Strategy
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design, communication, and customer experience.
Uphold a clear and consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across bridal and evening locations.
Ensure websites are up to date with images and overall presentation.
Marketing & Content Creation
Create branded materials: flyers, signage, email graphics, lookbooks, in-store displays, social media assets, and promotional materials.
Design and produce creative assets for campaigns, events, styled shoots, influencer collaborations, and trunk shows.
Oversee in-store branding and signage to ensure seamless customer journey.
Lead all Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns with SYVO.
Social Media & Digital
Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook) for both locations and ensure content not only engages but also converts followers into clients.
Design, write newsletters, and schedule daily content with a focus on engagement and storytelling.
Track and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies for continual improvement.
Collaborate with web vendors, designers, and leadership to support traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Campaigns & Partnerships
Lead all marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and campaign launches.
Build relationships with vendors, venues, and industry partners to expand visibility.
Reporting & Insights
Take ownership of marketing analytics, using insights to recommend strategy adjustments and drive results.
Analyze customer behavior and content performance to optimize brand impact.
Present monthly brand insights and performance recaps to leadership.
Location:
McLean, Virginia - Hybrid role (split between working from home office and in the boutique), some weekends are required
