As our
Director of Sales and Marketing , you will: Partner with the Executive Director to develop and implement sales & marketing strategies Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and the community Conduct tours, presentations, and events to generate new leads Listen to and understand the needs of residents and families, offering solutions that align with their goals Identify market opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue Collaborate with leadership to drive census growth What We\'re Looking For
Strong background in
sales and marketing
(senior living or healthcare industry preferred) Proven track record with occupancy growth, developing organic sales volume Experience with Welcome Home CRM system is a plus! Self-motivated, high energy, with a positive, professional attitude Ability to build strong relationships with families, community partners, and team members A passion for helping seniors and their families find the right care solutions Apply Today!
