Who We Are

At N2 Content Marketing, we help financial advisors make great video content. Our clients fly into Denver for 3-day studio sessions. Most of them have never been on camera before. Theyre nervous, self-conscious, and convinced theyre going to be bad at it.

Your job is to prove them wrong.

The Role

This isnt a press record and hide behind the camera kind of job. This is running the room, coaching people who dont think they belong on camera, and making sure what we hand to our editors is clean and usable.

What youll actually be doing:

  • Setting up gear (camera, lights, mics) and making sure it all works.
  • Coaching clients through delivery so they sound confident instead of stiff.
  • Sitting down with clients and our cofounder Nate at breakfast (8am) and lunch. Foods covered, but its not just eating, its making clients feel comfortable.
  • Managing the clients video project in Asana, including updating cards, running the teleprompter, and adding shooting notes.
  • Handling small fixes after shoots: color grading, trimming, exports, before footage goes to our editing team.
  • Keeping gear in good shape and files organized so nothing gets lost.
  • Shooting both short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form (10-15 min YouTube).

When youre not shooting or polishing, youre researching other creators, improving your process, and collaborating with the editors to make the final product even better next time.

A Day at Work

At 8am Monday, youre at breakfast with clients and Nate, getting them talking and relaxed. At 9, youre testing lights and adjusting mics. By 10, youre filming and coaching a client who swears they hate how they look on camera. At noon, youre at lunch with them, keeping the conversation flowing. By 1, youre back in the studio making sure the footage is tight and the clients energy stays high. By the end of the day, the client feels like they just did the impossible.

What Were Looking For

  • Recent grad or early-career creative who is a social media native.
  • Solid technical skills in camera, lighting, and sound.
  • Some experience with color grading and editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, etc.).
  • Comfortable using project management tools (we use Asana).
  • Personable. If small talk drains you, this isnt your job.
  • Detail-oriented to the point of being a little obsessive.
  • Steady under pressure. Gear will break, clients will freeze, schedules will slip. You keep moving.
  • Ambitious. You want to grow into creative direction, strategy, or leadership as we expand.

Our Values

  • All In, Always - If youre not excited about it, dont do it.
  • Extreme Ownership - If your names on it, it should be your best work.
  • Obsessive Precision - Details matter. You notice things most people dont.
  • What If Mindset - You dont accept flawed systems, you shamelessly recommend improvements.

Why Youll Like It Here

  • Youll be the person clients remember when they think back to their time in the studio.
  • Clear path to grow into strategy, direction, or leadership.
  • Well invest in your development: gear, tools, training, trends.
  • Unlimited PTO with flexibility around shoot days.
  • $60k starting salary + discretionary bonus.
  • 401k with safe harbor match (100% of first 3%, 50% of next 2%).
  • Health, dental, vision coming in 2026.
  • Breakfast and lunch covered on shoot days.

Schedule

  • Monday - Wednesday: In-studio filming (8am5pm).
  • Thursday - Friday: Touchups, handoffs, and creative work, prep for the next week.
  • Occasional travel (3 weekdays at a time) for off-site shoots.

Studio days are high-energy. Youll be on your feet, running the room, and keeping clients calm. The back half of the week is quieter focused on editing tweaks, exports, prep.

The Bottom Line

If you want to shoot, coach, and grow with the leading content marketing agency for financial advisors, youll do well here.

Denver applicants only (must be on-site in LoHi).

How to Apply: Send us your resume and your reel, or one piece of work youre proud of. Doesnt have to be fancy. We just want to see how you see things.
