Ram Regional Field Advertising Manager - NEBC - Northeast Business Center

Job Description:

The Ram Regional Advertising manager will functionally lead the integration of national marketing, business center marketing plans and incentives, as well as dealer level efforts to maximize the Ram voice in target markets. The role will be essential in developing a coordinated GTM strategy with dealership partners that extend the voice of the Ram brand while at the same time harvesting the demand created at the top of the funnel through national marketing & communication plans. This manager will be instrumental at measuring the impact of demand in the marketplace with standardized reporting. In conjunction with the business center, create programs that both drives sell in and sell through, as well as driving key Ram brand strategies throughout the regional organization and dealerships.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Heavy integration & partnership with the business centers and dealerships within the region to drive sell in and sell through
  • Creation of customer messaging strategies and plans that are regional focus and complimentary of national programs in the marketplace
  • Identify regionally specific target audiences and amplify messaging to them
  • Partner with Stellantis dealerships improve the Ram customer experience and be the face of Ram brand for customers in your region
  • Serve as the truck knowledge expert, providing Ram and competitive product information as well as local market intelligence to the business center and national management team
  • The position will require a self-motivated individual who thrives in a continuously changing environment
  • This position will require daily travel to cover the designated geography
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree or experience
  • A minimum of 8 years automotive manufacturer, dealership, or sales management experience
  • Ability to define problems, collect and access data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and communicate conclusions in mathematical, verbal, diagram or written form
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines, while ensuring acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience developing localized marketing plans and demand harvesting initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales experience, prefer truck or commercial vehicle sales related
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and listening skills)
  • Experience working in a consultative sales environment
  • Expertise in truck segment brands and nameplates
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint, Excel, Work) and Chrysler system knowledge (Dealer Connect, Field Connect)
