24 Seven Talent is hiring: Content Scheduling Associate in Culver City

The Content Scheduling team is responsible for setting the release strategy for original TV content, using various data points to determine the optimal rollout schedule. We are seeking a Content Scheduling Associate to assist in creating and distributing content planning schedules, suggesting effective scheduling strategies that maximize subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention, and tracking competitive release dates.

Hybrid to Culver City
Pay: $45hr
4 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all scheduling information and communicate any changes to cross-functional partners.
• Attend weekly production meetings to stay informed about updates on estimated launch timing and any production or post-production changes affecting scheduling decisions.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative performance data to recommend ideas that improve audience engagement and scheduling strategy.
• Track competitive release schedules and analyze their strategies in comparison.
• Support long-term and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience at a major media company or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to apply data insights to strategy to drive results.
• Passion for TV, film, and programming strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience using Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers.
• Bachelor's degree required.
