What You’ll Be Doing Lead and scale SEO strategies for Pearl Lemon’s own properties and clients. Oversee technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategies. Manage a global team of SEO specialists, content creators, and outreach experts. Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research. Report KPIs, insights, and growth metrics directly to the executive team. Stay ahead of search trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools. Deep understanding of SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, etc. Experience managing SEO for multiple clients or websites simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a track record of measurable growth. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Bonus: Experience with international SEO and link-building at scale.
