Overview We power the builders behind every brand—an AI Revenue OS helping DTC teams grow smarter and faster. Marklo is the AI Revenue OS for modern commerce—helping lean DTC teams turn planning chaos into campaign clarity. Our first product is a GTM Calendar with Campaign Intelligence: a marketer’s control tower to plan, launch, and learn from every campaign, using AI to recommend what to run, when to run it, and how to launch it—learns from past campaigns and surfaces insights in one place. We’re backed by top VCs and angels, and our founder has built and scaled category-defining companies. Marklo is building the operating system for a faster, smarter, AI-native commerce era. Why This Role Matters As our Founding Product Designer, you’ll define how intelligence becomes intuition—how logic becomes magic. This is a zero-to-one role where you’ll invent new UX patterns for a product that doesn’t exist yet, where marketers collaborate with AI to drive revenue. You’ll touch every pixel of our interface and every heartbeat of our product. This role is for a builder who wants to draw the lines and shape a product from the ground up. You’ll draw inspiration from tools like Figma, Notion, and Cove.ai, and push beyond them. What You’ll Do Invent new UX paradigms where AI drives, but users feel in control Build the Smart Revenue Calendar from scratch, alongside the founder and early engineers Design for speed, clarity, and trust—making complex logic feel simple and powerful Prototype rapidly, test early, and iterate fast Create a scalable design system that balances precision with velocity Lead with empathy, solving for real humans—DTC marketers, operators, and founders Who You Are You’re a high-craft designer with big ideas and ambition.
