The Walt Disney Company Nordic & Baltic is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join the Enterprise Design team. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering to create innovative and intuitive tooling solutions that support and streamline internal operations. This role will work on our experimentation platform, a complex and highly technical product that empowers product managers, engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and other internal roles to make data-informed decisions. You will report to the Senior Manager of Product Design and collaborate with teams across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Lead product design for the Enterprise Design team, overseeing the work of at least 1-2 other designers
• Define app and web experiences for enterprise products, owning large, complex projects and shaping the product vision with cross-functional leads
• Contribute to product strategy by leveraging user research, data, and insights to understand business needs and innovate within technical constraints
• Drive the design process and user research strategy across projects, shaping long-term design direction for large-scale systems
• Use data to guide design decisions, pursuing measurable, achievable, and impactful outcomes
• Communicate ideas effectively and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute on design solutions
• Mentor and provide design direction for senior, mid-level, and associate designers

• Have experience designing high-quality solutions for enterprise workflows and can manage complexity
• Have worked on experimentation tooling, feature flag controls and deployment, data visualization
• Showcase a strong understanding and application of user-centered design processes and have a data-driven mindset

• Possess a high bar of craft and design excellence
• Collaborate well with others, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to their setting

• Can help stakeholders and partners uncover project goals, constraints, and dependencies, then guide them to optimal solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 7 years in Product Design at a technology company
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading other designers, either as a project lead or people manager
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both personal and team-based work
• A deep arsenal of design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Framer, Mural, Keynote)
• Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies
• Excellent prioritization and documentation skills

The hiring range for this position in New York is $145,400 to $195,000 per year. The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided, in addition to medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on level and position offered.
