Overview

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to support the execution of integrated marketing strategies, brand campaigns, and business development initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels
• Support the development of promotional materials, presentations, and sales collateral
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation for new initiatives
• Help maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems with accurate marketing data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign lifecycle
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
