Overview

A fast-growing professional services firm specializing in U.S. immigration support for highly skilled professionals is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. This role is pivotal in shaping how the organization communicates with both existing and prospective clients. The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing materials that highlight services and success stories, with a strong emphasis on digital content creation.

Base pay

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and videos.
• Manage and grow the organization’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-focused campaigns that promote visa services.
• Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to generate and enhance marketing content.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
• Assist with website updates, blog posts, and email marketing initiatives.
• Support event planning and promotional efforts for webinars, info sessions, and client outreach.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or content creation role.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience using AI tools for content generation is a plus.
• Familiarity with immigration services or legal marketing is a bonus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $30.00/hr to $35.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
• Benefit packages start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA options, and 401k with employer matching.
