Overview

Lowe Trial Lawyers, a leading personal injury and product liability law firm in Cleveland, is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can execute day-to-day campaigns and collaborate with our outside Marketing Agency on all aspects of our Marketing Campaigns. This individual will supplement the work of our outside agency partner while serving as an in-house driver of daily marketing initiatives, ensuring our brand presence, ad spend, and lead generation efforts are continuously optimized. This person will also have the opportunity to support our broader business development initiatives, including identifying opportunities to expand our reach in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive SEO initiatives to elevate the firm’s search rankings.
  • Manage Google accounts and ad campaigns, with a focus on ROI in conjunction with Marketing Agency.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize keyword strategies.
  • Content & Social Media
  • In conjunction with Marketing Agency, develop and execute a content and social media strategy that generates quality leads.
  • Create daily social content (posts, infographics, short videos) to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Manage website updates including redesign, copywriting, and copy editing.
  • Answer internal requests for content on an ad hoc basis.
  • Marketing Tools & Automation
  • Utilize platforms such as ActiveCampaign and CallRail for marketing automation, lead tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client nurturing sequences.
  • Intake & Client Experience Support
  • Support the intake department with potential new clients and the intake process.
  • Support the firm with communicating to current and former clients regarding client experience, including occasional interviews for client testimonials.
  • Community Engagement & Branding
  • Plan and promote community service projects and staff involvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison with media and community partners.
  • Recommend and implement innovative marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Identify and help plan for business development opportunities, including identifying potential outside vendors or partners who can help drive business to the firm.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
  • Provide full reporting of strategies, spend, and performance metrics to managing partners.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and calendars for marketing projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or legal marketing.
  • Proven success with SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and digital campaigns.
  • Proficiency with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, CallRail, and/or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to integrate new ideas and tools.

Preferred but not required

  • Ability to design eye-catching visuals and edit short-form video content.
  • Graphic Design Skills to quickly create social content.
  • Experience managing outside agencies is a plus.
