About the Company Locally renowned youth development & social services agency Industry Non-Profit Organization Management Type Non Profit Role Summary The Company is seeking a Chief Development and Marketing Officer (CDMO) to provide strategic leadership for all philanthropy efforts, including special events, individual and corporate giving, and volunteer engagement. The CDMO will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive, results-driven fundraising strategy, and must be adept at cultivating strong relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, and various donor segments. This role also involves overseeing the marketing and community relations team, ensuring that all activities are in alignment with the organization's goals and mission. The successful candidate will be accountable for the achievement of the company's annual and long-term revenue goals and will lead the development of multi-year strategic fundraising plans. They will also be involved in capital campaigns and special projects, and must have a deep understanding of the company's programs to effectively share the impact of its mission with donors. The CDMO will be expected to stay abreast of philanthropic, economic, and social fundraising trends, and to guide the strategic use of data analytics for decision-making and performance measurement. Additionally, the role includes providing leadership and management for the development, marketing, and community partnership teams, and fostering a high-performing culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
