We\'re looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to lead the production of our most impactful marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for campaign execution from start to finish. Your focus will be on bringing our brand vision to life through a variety of assets, including photoshoots, film, CGI, animation, experiential, etc., on schedule, on budget, and well communicated. You thrive in a creative-first environment and know how to transform big ideas into visually stunning, brand-consistent content that resonates with a global audience. Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Oversee the global production of integrated marketing campaigns/launches from concept to completion. Channels include Out-of-Home, Broadcast, OTT, Digital videos, Ouraring.com, Social media, Lifecycle, and Retail. Coordinate with creative teams, PMMs, and Integrated Lead to develop and execute campaign strategies. Ensure campaigns align with Oura’s objectives and brand guidelines. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources. Communicate project status to leadership and cross-functional teams. Producing: Lead cross-functional teams to execute global marketing projects from conception to delivery. Act as a strategic thinker and problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills. Team Leadership: Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and guide teams to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors (production companies, post-production houses, talent agencies). Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure quality deliverables. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities to keep projects within budget. Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards. Conduct QA reviews and provide feedback. Host post-mortems to drive continuous improvements. Requirements

7+ years of experience in integrated marketing production. Proven track record of managing complex campaigns across multiple channels. Experience in CG, photography/video production, print design, or digital advertising. Knowledge of industry-standard production workflows and processes. Experience working with international agencies or in global markets, including localization. Oura is scaling fast and needs expertise in global asset production. Proficiency in project management tools, marketing automation/reporting tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Asana, Gira, Workday). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies. Skills

Ownership & Accountability: You will be the DRI for work and outcomes, owning the workstream end-to-end and communicating with the operations team and leadership. Multitasking: Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Collaboration & Communication: Teamwork is essential in a rapidly scaling business. Benefits Oura takes a market-based approach to pay. This fixed-term role includes PTO/WTO and health benefits. Salary bands vary by region and location. Region 1 $126,000-$157,000 Region 2 $115,000-$144,000 Region 3 $108,000-$135,000 A recruiter can determine your zone/tiers based on your US location.
