Overview

Our client, a Global Sports Advertising Marketing Firm known for its innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst for a newly created role. This position offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle payroll across multiple jurisdictions while serving as a critical bridge between Payroll, Accounting, and Tax.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for U.S., Canada, and Mexico (multi-state experience required)
• Handle new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions
• Administer garnishments and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
• Reconcile payroll accounts, journal entries, and resolve discrepancies
• Generate payroll and tax reports; support audits and reconciliations
• Maintain and improve payroll systems (ADP, Workday preferred)
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated employee payroll issues
• Partner on payroll-related projects and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax
• Multi-jurisdiction experience (U.S. required; Canada/Mexico a plus)
• Proficiency with ADP, Workday and Excel
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills
