Regional Property Manager – USDA Housing
Based in Greenbrier & Springfield, TN (Green Ridge & Woodland Apartments)

Brookside is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a small regional portfolio, while also serving as the onsite manager for Green Ridge Apartments in Greenbrier (48 homes) and Woodland Apartments in Springfield (48 homes). This unique role offers the best of both worlds: hands-on property management combined with regional leadership and oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience (regional or multisite preferred)
• USDA Rural Development housing experience required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance onsite and regional responsibilities
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and support onsite teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at Green Ridge Apartments (48 homes) and Woodland Apartments (48 homes)
• Provide regional support and oversight for additional properties as assigned
• Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and reporting requirements
• Lead leasing, marketing, collections, and resident retention efforts
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and operational excellence
• Supervise, train, and support office and maintenance staff
• Develop and manage budgets, reporting, and long-term operational goals
