Program Overview and Role: Sustainment Division Support. The Sustainment Division provides GCC mission services to improve operational support efficiency for both the GCC and the Warfighter, including continual process improvement, cost control, mission planning, and development of tools, asset management (HW/SW) for LCM and property accountability and security control to protect GCC CONUS managed DODIN-A services (NIPRNet and SIPRNet).
Responsibilities
- The Web Hosting service provides custom web-based, data driven applications in SharePoint and Java, implements the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), documents requirements and interface mockups, and provides Operations & Maintenance for deployed applications.
- Develop user guides and training materials/videos, provide in-person training, track and resolve bugs through ITSM, maintain web application servers and SharePoint site collections, and facilitate requests for new functionality and new sites/applications.
- Web Site Support and Maintenance: manage internal and Enterprise web portals and collaborative platforms, ensure hosting support services including access, security, auditing, and backups.
- Web Site Development and Maintenance: develop, monitor, secure, sustain, and operate Enterprise NIPRNet and SIPRNet portals and applications; provide 24/7 on-call support; manage a large annual ticket workload with resolution.
- Set up, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade web portals across Microsoft and non-Microsoft environments; provide development and administration support for GCC content and applications hosted on web-based platforms (including SharePoint); move hardware/capabilities to SIPRNet as required.
- Operate and maintain the CONUS Network Security Center (NSC) portals delivering situational awareness for DoDIN-A; maintain and administer web servers and backups; design and develop web graphics, pages, sites, and data-sharing applications; leverage tools from Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, BMC, and Java; ensure database design and content quality.
- Implement technical security and cybersecurity best practices IAW NETCOM Regulation 25-70 and related regulations; maintain and evaluate web server audit and usage logs; ensure internal web services are CAC-enabled; control access and privileges for GCC web sites.
Qualifications

- Certifications: DCWF Code 621 Advanced: TBD
- Possess and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Propensity for independent initiative; self-motivated to seek improvements and solutions for tasks and deliverables
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to develop concise, professional, high quality web content
- Effective interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Strong analytical skills to research, evaluate, and explain concepts
- Aptitude to prioritize tasks, adapt to ad hoc tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Google Analytics
Details
Target Salary Range: $51,000 - $82,000. Salary is determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, education, location, and contract considerations. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses where applicable.
