Overview
REMOTE ROLE OUT OF TEXAS OR ILLINOIS
Pay: $30-$35/hr
Requirements
REQUIRED: HS DIP, Associate Degree/BS Degree preferred.
- Previous Experience with Speaker Programs specifically within the Medical Device, Healthcare or Pharma Industry (previous job titles could be Program Specialist, Professional Educator, Medical Event Planner, etc)
- Experience in Medical Event Planning: Proven experience in planning and executing events specifically within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Vendor Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality
- Budget Management: Strong skills in developing and managing event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
- Accounts Payable / Invoicing / Vendor Account Management experience.
- Manage HCP contracting process through the appropriate execution of MSA and SOWs required for HCP-led education programs. Includes completion of Fair Market Value analysis to determine HCP payment rate
- Job Description: This person would be responsible for everything from booking the speaker, securing the venue, processing payment, and verifying dates/time/locations for events.
- They will work within a team and have support, but they need to work well unsupervised and on their own once directed.
- Maintain budget tracking for all assigned events/meetings, monitoring costs within or under budget.
- Manage HCP contracting process through the appropriate execution of MSA and SOWs required for HCP-led education programs. Includes completion of Fair Market Value analysis to determine HCP payment rate.
- Implement appropriate post-event evaluations and reports to leadership to assess effectiveness of events.
- Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of Client employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Provide accurate, timely communications information to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Document procedures for seamless and compliant program/event execution in accordance with the U.S. Ethics and Compliance Policy and Procedures.
- Application and compliance with department policies, procedures, processes, checklists, etc.
- Coordinate calendars, communications, content reviews, process attendee requests, logistics (e.g. travel, food and beverage, transportation, agenda planning), track analytics, costs, attendee feedback and reports.
