Overview

Graphic Designer / Creative Lead — We’re looking for a talented and forward-thinking Graphic Designer or an experienced Design Manager / Director to revamp our Lillian Rose collection and bring a fresh, trend-driven perspective to the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead in modernizing the Lillian Rose product line, from concept through execution.
• Design trend-forward, marketable graphics for packaging and product artwork.
• Work closely with our Art Director while maintaining the independence to drive creative direction.
• Collaborate across teams, occasionally supporting artwork and design for our ceramics collections under our other brands.
• Conduct trend and market research to keep the line current, fresh, and competitive.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong graphic design background, ideally with experience in consumer products or lifestyle brands.
• Someone trend-savvy, with a keen sense of color, typography, and layout.
• Experience managing or directing creative projects is a plus.
• A self-starter who thrives working independently, while still being a strong communicator and collaborator.
