That’s how it is with an Orangetheory Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager (ASM). They’re a duo; while the manager is in charge, the ASM helps the studio run smoothly and supports the team.

Responsibilities

• Be the capable partner to the Studio Manager, stepping in as needed to keep studio operations running smoothly.
• Balance team strengths, contribute to goal setting, and work to surpass those goals.
• Represent the Orangetheory brand and share the science of the workout with members and staff.
• Learn all aspects of the business with the opportunity to grow toward roles such as Franchisee or Business Owner if desired.
• Provide support across daily studio activities and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Compensation

Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
