Overview

Speechify's Studio is a product addressing creators' needs to create human-sounding voiceovers with AI text-to-speech, dub videos, clone voices, and more. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering great user experiences.

We are a flat organization that rewards leadership through excellent technical skills and consistent, fast delivery. Work ethic, clear communication, and a winning mindset are paramount. Our interview process involves several technical interviews and aims to complete them within 1 week.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Speechify's Creator Studio found at speechify.com/studio
• Integrate AI models to provide state-of-the-art voiceovers, dubbing, voice cloning, and more

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience with AWS/GCS and the ability to build service architectures leveraging these services
• Experience building scalable architectures using microservices
• Experience writing testable code and improving testing infrastructure
• Proficiency with React and modern React stack, or NodeJS, or both
• Understanding of low-level JavaScript and the ability to profile and optimize SPA frontend/backend performance
• Preferred: video and audio processing experience

Salary

• The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity depending on experience
