Overview

Speechify is hiring a Software Engineer, AI Studio. Speechify's Studio is one of our latest products addressing creators' needs to create human-sounding voiceovers with AI text-to-speech, dub videos, clone their voice and more. We are a flat organization that allows anyone to become a leader by showing excellent technical skills and delivering results quickly. Our interview process involves several technical interviews and we aim to complete them within 1 week.

Speechify has a 100% distributed workforce with no office. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and others from leading tech companies and academia.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Speechify's Creator Studio found at speechify.com/studio
• Integrate AI models to provide state-of-the-art voiceovers, dubbing, voice cloning and more

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Experience with AWS/GCS and building service architectures leveraging these services
• Experience building scalable architectures using microservices
• Experience writing testable code and elevating testing infrastructure
• Proficiency with React and modern React stack, or NodeJS, or both
• Understanding of low-level JavaScript with ability to profile and optimize SPA frontend/backend performance
• Preferred: video and audio processing experience

Salary

• The United States base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity depending on experience
