Overview

Producer, Customer Journeys role at Aquent. Base pay range: $98.00/hr - $108.00/hr. This opportunity partners with a leading technology company to shape the future of digital content. The Producer will drive the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creative development and delivery of on- and off-platform campaign assets for multiple marketing lines of business.
• Oversee design projects and campaign workflows, implementing project management best practices.
• Build and maintain collaborative cross-functional team relationships and facilitate leadership consensus and approval.
• Proactively address and resolve escalations, partnering with team leadership to determine effective solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing complex integrated projects or marketing campaigns, preferably in digital marketing.
• Expertise in content creation, digital asset production, and production efficiency process management, ideally in entertainment, subscription services, or a similar marketing environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage several concurrent, high-impact projects and/or campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in Marketing or Growth Marketing environments, with familiarity with KPIs, acquisition, and retention methods.
• Expertise in collaborating in a creative environment with in-house design partners.
• Ability to articulate creative intent to others and proactively organize partners to bring ideas to life.
• Comfort and confidence working in a dynamic environment, partnering with teams to navigate ambiguity.
