Summary:
The Voice/Video Associate is responsible for supporting the integration, operating, and maintenance of the Video and Voice environment. The individual will provide configuration, testing, validation services for the Memorial Healthcare System (MHS). Provides day to day support of voice and video, along with platform support (Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.) both centrally located and distributed.Responsibilities:
Researches and articulates findings on new voice audio and video networking technologies and applications to determine what would best support the organization and its growth.Maintains assigned applications through partnership with technical, database, vendors, and application teams to ensure the environment continues to support end-users and resolve functional and operational performance and issues.Works with cross-functional teams to generate end user training related for the utilization of voice/video technology, including but not limited to: Call Manager Administration; Unity Connection Administration; IM & Presence Administration; Jabber Administration; WebEx Administration; Cisco IOS - Branch Offices; and/or Telephony standards and protocols.Leads analysis, audits, both internal and 3rd parties, for the voice and video environment.Responsible for functional and technical testing documentation including but not limited to built drawings and inventory for technical support teams and support staff, and maintains trouble-shooting knowledge base for client support staff.Responds to user incidents and escalates complex trouble shooting issues in the support of the voice and video environments. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and vendors to solve problems. Performs testing, maintenance and support of the voice/video collaboration environment. Analyze system capabilities and performance to resolve customer incidents. Provides analysis of vendor charges and validation potentially working with specialized 3rd parties engaged for such purposes.Competencies:
