Global Scale Marketing Manager to join the Scale Marketing team at Qualtrics. Bridge the gap between Integrated Marketing campaigns and Field Marketing, extending reach to a broader set of target accounts. Transform leads from IMM into MQLs/pipeline through global scalable digital and in-person/virtual events. Strategic and execution-focused marketer who can drive demand at scale and maximize impact beyond top-tier accounts. Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to scale marketing initiatives globally, adapting strategies for regional nuances while maintaining a consistent brand message. Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Field, and regional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. ideate and develop new, high-impact marketing programs that drive engagement and conversions for target accounts. Plan and execute complex multi-channel campaigns and events with strong project management and attention to detail. Measure program effectiveness using data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize for pipeline and revenue outcomes. Contribute to building and defining new team structures to foster efficiency and collaboration in a rapidly evolving environment. Support regional marketing and sales teams with resources, guidance, and assistance to scale local efforts and achieve shared pipeline goals. Test and implement an AI-first mindset to accelerate time to market and scalable demand generation approaches. What You’ll Grow

Lead promotional planning and field communications for major Qualtrics events (e.g., X4), maximizing engagement and pipeline generation from target accounts. Ideate, create, and launch global scalable marketing programs for Scale team execution, such as incentivized demo request campaigns. Partner with Integrated Marketing to adapt and scale successful campaigns for broader regional and global deployment. Build and optimize monthly demo series campaigns to drive lead engagement and funnel conversion. Contribute to the definition and development of the Scale team's structure, processes, and best practices for operational efficiency. Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to provide resources and support to scale local efforts and achieve pipeline goals. Apply an AI-first mindset to speed to market and scalable demand generation. Qualifications

6+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in SaaS, CX, or customer support technologies. Experience partnering with sales to develop enablement programs and support pipeline growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders. Analytical with experience using data to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and demonstrate ROI. Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
