Overview
We are seeking an experienced product marketing leader to own the development of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy/execution for Included Health's Care Clinic — including virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, and Specialty Care. This leader will function as a player / coach, with 1 Product Marketing Manager reporting to them. Your team will shape our value story, sharpen our understanding of the competitive landscape and buyer needs, and partner cross-functionally to improve win rates, inform our product roadmap and business strategy, commercialize new products, and expand into new markets. You will work closely with the General Management, Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Solutions Consulting, Consultant Relations, and Clinical teams to achieve your goals. This position is ultimately about go-to-market strategy, effective marketing, sound decision making, and relationship-building. You'll be expected to transition fluently between strategic planning and tactical execution to support revenue growth and retention with our health plan, enterprise buyers, and public sector buyers. Responsibilities
Lead your team as a player/coach,
including delivering strong work as an individual contributor, defining and optimizing against team KPIs, and mentoring/coaching your direct report to help them deliver high-quality work and grow in their role Inform our GTM strategy
– including product positioning, packaging, and pricing – and product roadmap based on your deep understanding of the competitive landscape and client needs across health plans, enterprise, and public sector buyers Improve new logo and upsell win rates with a differentiated, data-driven value story
that you bring to life with a suite of market-facing materials and tools for our GTM team Launch new products to the market,
including partnering with the General Management team to identify and prioritize opportunities, working with product, sales, and others to ensure product-market fit, and owning development of a compelling value narrative that resonates with our target buyers, and more Build pipeline and drive brand awareness
in partnership with Growth Marketing and Corporate Communications, leveraging a product-led content strategy to drive results Provide strategic support and tailored assets
for high-value, strategic sales and client meetings in partnership with our Sales and Client Success teams Communicate product enhancements and innovation , developing messaging and market-facing materials in partnership with Product, GM and GTM Ops Identify opportunities to better showcase our impact
with compelling market-facing statistics, easy-to-use GTM analytical tools, pursuit of external validation, and more Deliver results in complex, cross-functional projects
through clear communication, effective prioritization, strategic thinking, and collaboration across teams Maintain product and service-line documentation
for our care delivery products Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product marketing or management consulting focused on GTM strategy and execution 3+ years of experience with health plans – either working at a company selling into health plans, or working internally at a health plan Deep understanding of the challenges faced by health plans and how to connect those challenges to Included Health products and services with a differentiated value story Strong analytical ability and exceptional strategic instincts, with a track record of using data to inform critical business decisions (e.g., prioritizing product roadmap investments or market expansion opportunities) Excellent communication skills and ability to package B2B sales narratives into market-facing collateral in a crisp, thoughtful and persuasive manner Experience growing and leading a high-functioning product marketing team Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment Physical/Cognitive Requirements
Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment. No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required. Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner. Compensation and Benefits
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: Zone A: $149,450 - $182,195 + equity + benefits Zone B: $164,395 - $200,415 + equity + benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones. Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. Your Recruiter can share details of your geographic alignment upon inquiry. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
