We are seeking an accomplished hospitality leader to join our senior management team as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. This executive will oversee sales strategy, revenue generation, and brand positioning across a diverse portfolio of hotels, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue across all properties.
Direct and mentor property and corporate sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
Drive digital marketing, brand awareness, and market expansion initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning and new business development.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience in hospitality or hotel management.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a multi-property environment.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style and ability to execute.
Previous New York market experience required.
This position is fully on-site in NYC.
