Jr Marketing Data Analyst
to join our client\'s team and help drive marketing efficiency by transforming data into insights that guide strategic decision-making. This role will support reporting, campaign analysis, and cross-functional projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources. Key Responsibilities
Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple platforms to support
performance reporting, campaign analysis, and new initiatives
(including global reporting, cross-functional data visualization, omnichannel tracking, and Tier 3 data). Partner with marketing teams to support
data storytelling
and provide actionable insights. Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor
KPIs and business trends . Conduct meticulous
quality assurance
to ensure data accuracy and flag inconsistencies. Document processes and findings to support
knowledge sharing and scalability . Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in
marketing data analysis
(internship experience considered). Automotive industry experience is a plus; agency/vendor experience also a plus. Skills & Knowledge
Strong proficiency in
Excel and PowerPoint . Experience with
Tableau and Google Analytics 4 . Exceptional
attention to detail —accuracy is critical. Ability to work under tight deadlines while collaborating across teams and agencies. Strong
verbal and written communication skills ; able to raise questions when data looks inconsistent. About the Work
This role involves a high volume of
data pulling, compiling, and validation , so we’re looking for someone who is not only accurate but also curious and proactive in identifying patterns or anomalies. The work can be repetitive at times, but it plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality insights for the marketing organization. Seniority level
