Overview
Location: Pasadena, CA (In-office) Salary Range: $65,000 – $74,000 DOE Experience Required: 3–5 years minimum in interior design with strong CAD and/or Revit Skill About Enhaus Design Build Enhaus is a fast-growing boutique design-build firm operating at the intersection of high-design and high-performance construction. We specialize in custom residential projects throughout LA, where design excellence and construction precision are core to every build. As we scale from $4M to $15M in annual revenue, we’re focused on bringing in top-tier team members who thrive in dynamic environments and want to grow into leadership roles. The Role We’re seeking a Junior to Senior Interior Designer who is confident in Revit and can plug into projects from schematic design through construction. You’ll support the senior design team in both creative and technical capacities, with the opportunity to take ownership over key design components as you grow. This is not a passive role; we’re looking for someone proactive, highly organized, and excited to contribute to the evolution of a design department undergoing growth. Key Responsibilities
Design Development Translate design concepts into precise models and drawing sets Incorporate markups and revisions in real time across active projects Material & Fixture Selections Prepare selection boards and source finishes, plumbing, and lighting packages Coordinate client presentations and implement feedback Client & Project Team Coordination Support current senior designer in presenting deliverables and interfacing with clients Liaise with project managers, vendors, and site teams to ensure execution matches design intent FF&E Documentation & Ordering Assist in FF&E specification, pricing, and order tracking Help create order logs and coordinate deliveries with job-site schedules Requirements
3–5+ years in interior design (residential experience preferred) Proficiency in CAD and or Revit is non-negotiable; you must be fluent and efficient Confidence presenting to clients and taking ownership of small scopes Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills Experience with FF&E procurement and vendor coordination is a plus Familiarity with LA permitting, building practices, or construction admin is a bonus Growth Path
This role is designed for a junior or senior designer ready to level up. As we scale, we’re committed to growing our design leadership from within.
