What you'll do As a Product Designer, you will craft elegant, customer-focused web applications (desktop and mobile) for millions of Docusign users around the globe. You will design end-to-end features for the Intelligent Agreement Management platform that uses artificial intelligence to bring agreement management into the 21st century. These features will transform agreement data into insights and actions, accelerate contract review cycles, and boost productivity across the organization. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Lead Product Designer. Responsibilities Champion design, exploring big ideas before narrowing to feasible, inventive solutions with attention to detail Partner with product management, engineering, user research and tech writers to define multiple features and help set product direction Own full-stack design execution including UI, architecture, interaction and visual design, and measure ongoing improvements Produce deliverables for every stage of the design process (storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile) Utilize and contribute new patterns to Docusign’s design system to maintain scalable design across the product ecosystem Leverage analytics and research data to inform work while applying your own intuition Contribute to a collaborative, creative culture within the Product Experience team What you bring Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience designing consumer, enterprise and mobile experiences for a large-scale web service Specialization in interaction and visual design, design thinking, with prototyping and user research experience Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Portfolio demonstrating product design strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and strong communication Preferred 7+ years of experience designing shipped product experiences, especially data visualizations or reporting tools Analytical, user-centered designer who balances business needs with simple, engaging solutions Strong communicator who articulates design decisions and aligns cross-functional teams Curious, open-minded, ego-free with a growth mindset Experience in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments and guiding teams toward a longer-term product vision Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries: Software Development Salary and benefits Pay ranges are location-based where applicable; California: $126,900.00 - $197,800.00 base salary; Illinois: $120,800.00 - $166,100.00 base salary; Washington: $120,800.00 - $174,525.00 base salary Bonus eligibility and RSUs as part of compensation Benefits include paid time off, parental leave, health plans, retirement plans, learning and development opportunities Equal Opportunity Equal Opportunity Employer.
