Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic public relations team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with PR professionals and contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and distributing press releases and other media materials.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
• Monitor media coverage and track industry trends.
• Coordinate logistics for events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Support the creation of engaging content for social media platforms and websites.
• Help prepare reports on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and media outreach initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with media databases and PR tools is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
