Come join our team!About the RoleThe Senior Designer will strategize to design and produce innovative marketing assets for email, social and web campaigns.This is an onsite role with remote Fridays - 4 days/week in our San Francisco office required.ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead seasonal and monthly creative for emails, social and digital marketing adsDesign and maintain daily emails and socials marketing assetsSupport Creative Manager to spearhead and craft solutions for new designs for brand campaigns and marketing initiativesCollaborate with the marketing and social teams to help strategize, optimize and design for business needsWork with cross-functional design teams to ensure emails, social and digital ads align with the brand identity and voicePerformance manage designers, delivering continual coaching and feedbackColor correct or alter photos files in Photoshop as neededManage and support coding of emailsCoordinate and support up-to-date creative designs across all US and Global websites and emailsManage workflow to meet business and creative deadlinesQualifications5+ years of digital design experience1+ year of people management experienceBachelor's degree in Visual, Web or Graphic DesignExtremely proficient in Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruitionOutstanding communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlinesFamiliarity with current online advertising practices and functionalityAbility to prioritize multiple projects and deadlinesThis role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.Williams-Sonoma Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
