Position: Paid Social Media Buyer (Facebook Ads)

Location: Remote (working Pacific Coast time) | Salary: $85-95k

Our client builds health & wellness brands with over $1 billion in annual revenue. As a Paid Social Media Buyer (Facebook Ads), you will own the lifecycle of Facebook ad campaigns, including developing and testing ad creative, launching and managing campaigns, and scaling budgets to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets daily, weekly, and monthly to optimize spend for sales growth while meeting ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and video teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and ensure fresh assets are tested weekly.
  • Design and run A/B tests for creatives and targeting; measure results to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance across all campaigns, including weekends and holidays, to ensure consistent ROI and promptly address performance changes.
  • Track and analyze campaign results; prepare performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot obstacles to scaling ad spend effectively.
  • Stay current on our offers, paid social best practices, and competitive trends.
  • Contribute to ongoing innovation of team systems, campaign processes, and launch flows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with proven results.
  • Direct experience managing daily ad budgets of $15K or more.
  • Skilled in developing creative ad angles that drive conversions on Facebook.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Interest in digital media within health & wellness or personal development sectors is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new concepts and systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
