Job Description
The purpose of the Community Manager I is to enhance the client experience by servicing clients and providing operational and administrative support to clients and the center team.
Responsibilities
- Be physically present at the center to provide client support and respond to client and manager inquiries.
- Prepare for client inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes.
- Answer all inbound phone calls for clients, sales and the company, directing callers as appropriate; address client requests received by phone.
- Greet and direct visitors with a hospitality-forward mindset.
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail and packages for clients; coordinate pick-up and delivery of mail services.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office and café supplies.
- Assist in client onboarding and assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the center; ensure that the community café, business center and conference rooms are ready for use.
- Provide marketing materials for clients and prospects; assist in planning and attending monthly client events and networking/marketing events during business hours.
- Perform administrative duties supporting clients in their daily business practices.
- Manage all client catering requests including setup and teardown; manage vendor relationships professionally.
- Schedule conference rooms, day office usage, catering and equipment usage through Operate; update and maintain accurate schedules for all clients and daytrippers; assist with booking and maintaining daytripper client accounts and proactively outreach to daytripper clients.
- Receive incoming vendor invoices, determine which to enter at the center level, and route others to accounting to process; create purchase orders through Nexus Payables for office and café supplies; maintain inventory of offices and kitchen supplies.
- Coordinate with building management and janitorial staff on center issues; purchase and reconcile office supplies, postage, parking validation and FedEx accounts as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and new products/services; maintain familiarity with P&L reports.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

- Proficiency in IT/technology and Microsoft Suite.
Education/Experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent; Bachelors Degree in Arts or Sciences preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment in a similar role.
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or other hospitality settings highly desired.

The salary range for this position is $20.20 – $21.64 + incentive/bonus + benefits. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
