Responsibilities

• Graphic Designer will create internal and external visual assets from concept to completion
• Collaborate across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality design work

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within luxury, agency, or corporate environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing clean, on-brand design work
• Experience preparing press-ready assets and working across print and digital formats
• Deep understanding of design principles: composition, grid systems, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or higher) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills—able to present and explain design decisions to non-designers
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, elegant visual solutions

Bonus Skills

• Experience in both print and digital design
• Familiarity with Mailchimp
• Awareness of luxury industry design trends and best practices

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role and may be modified in the future. Pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
