Shredder is Hiring: Full-Time Social Media Manager

What You’ll Do

• Run your own personally branded Shredder TikTok page
• Manage Shredder’s main Instagram account
• Post 2 high-quality edits per day
• Create graphic posts, stories, and other engaging content
• Find clips from movies, edits, and other sources — then stitch them into unique content that represents Shredder’s energy and brand

What We’re Looking For

• Editing skills are a must — you should know how to turn raw clips into polished content
• A creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and visuals
• Someone who lives and breathes content creation and community engagement

Compensation

• Starting at $1,000/month
• Potential to scale into $5,000/month + equity as the app grows
• Full-time role with big upside
